A continuation for I Really Hate People: a Write-In

This blog was sent to me complements of one of wifesense’s friend, Melissa which whom she used to work with.  It details an excruciating commute from the suburbs into the beautiful City of Philadelphia. 

Listen to how she poetically writes about her encounter.  I read it and laughed hysterically.  Not only is her encounter insane, she writes so elegantly that it should be read out loud at a library with some old Oxford graduate reading it with a distinguished English accent.

I didn’t make any changes to it.  I am not intelligent enough to even understand or comprehend some of the beautiful words used to describe such a horrific commute.

It’s a Hard Knock Life

I woke up this morning refreshed and renewed and I have no idea why.  I got up whistling Dixie and I moseyed on downstairs to start the day.  I popped open my computer to see if I missed anything from the night before. 

I found this little nugget in my inbox from Lama – one of the distinct members of team waltsense:  Should we do a survey what should Walt write about?  

That is hysterical, what a bastard.  There wasn’t a subject header or anything.  Just a subtle dig at the waltdog!

My friends are notorious for this and that is why I hate them. 

It really is a hard knock life for the waltdog.  (Actually it really isn’t, I just feel like complaining about something, my life is nothing short of perfect).

Rent a Whitey

Good Morning peeps and peepettes!  Before I get started I just wanted to send a shout-out to my little homie Dalton who turns one today!

Happy Birthday little buddy!  He is an avid reader of Waltsense and probably my biggest critic.  I know how well an article does just by asking him.  For instance – I asked him about the 76er article we posted on Monday and he promptly shit his diaper and the poop juice ran down his leg which is not a good sign.

I knew I had work to do after that.  When I ask him and he shoots me a smile I know he either has serious gas or he liked the article.

Three Days of Manual Labor

I know it seems like Walt took some time off from blogging last week but he had a good reason for it; Walt and Wifesense took off Thursday and Friday to begin three straight days of hellish manual labor. 

Walt’s awesome, awesome in-laws bought our kids a gigantic swing set.  You see, Walt’s backyard is gigantic; it is almost as big as Walt’s house.   We needed something to fill it up so my in-laws got the kids this beautiful city/swing set. 

Now that it is up, I can say it is the best gift ever. 

Our oldest son literally sat in one of the swings for over an hour on Saturday.  I had to bribe him to get off and come inside and watch television.  (I normally would love to push him on the swing for hours but my arms were about to fall off.)
