Good afternoon peeps and peepettes! I hope everyone had a great 4^th of July weekend. Plenty of barbequing and beer whacking on the menu, I hope.

It was a beautiful weekend in the Philadelphia area too. It was great to be outside. The smell of burnt coals and burgers was in the air. They should try and turn that smell into a cologne.

Wifesense and I had a brand new addition to our family last week: LeBron James Haley III was born on July 1, 2009. We are going to call him Doo-Doo Haley. He looks like a Doo-Doo.

The Waltdog has been locked in his house for the past 72 hours. I have watched countless hours of Sportscenter, Seinfeld and the Office.

I have also been on a straight liquid diet. For the first 24 hours after my surgery I only had water. On day two I was able to move up to drinking Ensure and water. Ensure actually isn’t that bad, the chocolate drink actually tastes like a thick chocolate milk, so it is bearable.

As I am sucking my breakfast, lunch and dinner through a bendable straw, I watch television.

I have a quick question/observation to note. I work in an environment requiring 4 or 5 individuals to cram into a conference room for months at a time.

We seriously sit on top of one another. It is a race into the office to see who gets the best seats available.

In this profession you better have good hygiene and you better be sure of yourself. This is my question: Why would someone in this situation consider bringing in an apple to eat for breakfast? I know it is healthy. An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

This weekend the weather in Philadelphia is going to be over 80 degrees. I love it when it starts to get nice outside. There is nothing like laying in the backyard tanning it up with the fellas, rubbing lotion all over one another. I can’t wait!

I still have to go Speedo shopping. I am running low on sausage huggers.

The change of the seasons brings about a change in drink selections as well.

Ah Flavor Flav is the freaking man. I am not bashing 9-1-1 as he did. I am simply going to cover a topic that has been in the news lately: people making crazy ass calls to 9-1-1.

People are calling the emergency hotline because they didn’t get pickles on their Big Mac!
